Estación Inglesa is a English language immersion programme that brings together a group of Spaniards with a group of volunteer native English speakers for 6 days in a 4 star hotel in one of our fantastic venues.
The aim of the programme is for Spaniards to speak English with native English speakers and improve their ability to communicate in English.
Volunteer English speakers get free 4 star accommodation and meals in selected venues. In exchange, we ask you to speak English and take part in activities such as one-to-ones, group conversations, telephone calls, quizzes, etc.
The programme is designed so that you will spend most of your day talking to Spaniards. You will also have your meals in small groups of Spaniards and native English speakers.
The programme is hard work but also a very rewarding experience. You will see the Spanish speakers improving their confidence as the week progresses and they will thank you for that. You will also get to know lots of things about Spanish people and their culture, meet lots of interesting people and hopefully make some good friends!
At Estación Inglesa we want to make sure your experience is fun and rewarding but also safe for everyone involved.
Apart from all the safety measures which are mandatory in Spain, we will ask all participants so show a negative Covid antigen test / LFT taken one day before the start of the programme. These tests cost under 3 euros in any pharmacy in Spain.
Finally all the hotels we work with have a certificate for Covid-risk management, and have successfully implemented safety protocols which include gels, face masks for staff, etc.

Then feel free to register as a volunteer because you might be the right person to volunteer for the programme!

Estación Inlglesa has been a very interesting experience that I've really enjoyed! I have met many great people that I wouldn't normally have the opportunity to meet.
